October 2, 2020I decided to go here instead of Phantom to support a local business period I bought a few grosses of different brand bottle rockets and one of them were all duds. The owner not only exchanged them but gave me the more expensive black cat name brand as a replacement. With customer service like this no wonder they've been in business for decades. Thanks a lot miller family I will be back every year
